Nelson Abadia’s side shocked the world by finishing top of Group F, which contained two-time World Cup winners Germany, beating last year’s Euros runners up 2-1 in their second group game via a 97th minute winner.
That, partnered with their opening day victory over South Korea, all but ensured the Colombians’ place in the knockout round.
England and Colombia have met before on just one occasion, coming in a group match in the 2015 World Cup, when the Lionesses prevailed 2-1 winners in Montreal through goals from Karen Carney and Fara Williams.
